9. Match Day Competitions: 

Prize Collection

I agree that by signing the form that I have collected the prize and where relevant confirm that I have ticketing proof of the stadium seat selected.

If the winner is under the age of 18 and collecting the Prize in person, they must be accompanied by an individual who is 18 or over.

Image/Photo/Marketing Consent

I agree that in signing the form, I grant Aston Villa Football Club and Luke 1977 full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the respective company’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Aston Villa Football Club’s privacy policy which can be found on the Club’s website at www.avfc.co.uk or is available on request and Luke 1977 privacy policy which can be found at www.luke1977.com.

For any person under the age of 16, parental consent is required.

10. Privacy Policy Changes

Naturally, this policy may change/update in line with legislation requirements and business operational reasons. We would advise reviewing this document every 3 months, any changes/additions will be highlighted in bold.
